Savings Plans and Offers
Signature Smiles Premium Savings Plan – $400 Per Patient Per Year
Services included are as below:
- 2 Cleanings per year (Either D1110 or D4910) Co-Pay of $30
- 2 Exams per year
- 2 X-rays per year
- 2 Fluoride/FYGG Treatments per year
Any additional services will be discounted 15%. Plans begins the date of purchase for a plan year. All services must be completed within that time frame and any services not completed are forfeited and not eligible for refund or credit. Savings Plan cannot be combined with use of Care Credit or Insurance. Cannot be transferred or substituted.
The “Welcome to Our Office” Special – $109
Includes necessary x-rays, complete doctor examination, oral cancer screening, tobacco counseling, and oral hygiene demonstration.
Emergency Special – $99
Includes a limited doctor examination and 1 PA X-Ray.
Complimentary Second Opinion Consultation
Must bring your own X-rays along and present them to the doctor at the visit.
Coordinated Family Appointments
To accommodate our patients’ busy lives, we make it easy to schedule parent and child visits together. Dr. Prill provides care for children only if their parent is an established patient. For children under 5, lap visits are available during the parent’s hygiene appointment.
This policy ensures a calm and focused environment for all patients, while still offering care to families in our dental home.
