New COVID safety protocols

Your safety is of the upmost importance. Our new protocols are taken from ADA guidelines are as follows:

1. Your car will serve as your waiting room so that you will remain isolated from any other patients
2. We have added two-way texting features for quick easy communication
3. You will receive an email before your appointment asking COVID exposure questions and respond to it
4. Upon arrival in the parking lot you will send a text “here” in response to our text and told when it is safe to enter on the same feed
5. All temperatures will be taken including our entire staffs daily
6. Paperless services unless receipts requested
7. Additional heavy PPE including face shields even for our front office staff per CDC guidelines (D1999-10.00$ advanced PPE for routine care to prevent spread of disease)
8. All aerosol procedures are minimized and Mr. Thirsty additional suctions used when appropriate
9. Pre-rinse with a hydrogen peroxide solution as recommended by the CDC and the ADA (D9999 10.00$ pre- procedure rinse of Peroxyl provided for patient prior to dental procedures to reduce risk of COVID spread)
